Maggie, a former Ms. Alabama, is still stylish and good looking even though she is getting older.  She's also gracious and charming (She graduated with honors from charm school.)  On the outside, everyone assumes her life must be so easy because of her good looks and southern charm, but on the inside Maggie doesn't feel like she has much to look forward to.  She misses her friend and co-worker who recently passed away, she's struggling as a realtor in a bad market, and she frequently finds herself wishing she'd made some different choices earlier in her life.  Things certainly didn't turn our the way Maggie expected them to.  She has plans to make some big changes, but life keeps throwing her some unexpected events.

I really enjoy reading novels by Fannie Flag and I Still Dream About You has the larger than life and eccentric characters she's known for as well as a great story.  There's an antagonistic relationship between Maggie and a competitive realtor, a reunion with an old flame, and a very unexpected surprise hidden away in a mansion she's selling for a client.  Part humor, part mystery, and all fun, I Still Dream About You is a story of the importance of friendship, appreciating the good things in life, and growing older gracefully.
