Chocolate Banana Muffins

Chocolate Banana Muffins

chocolate banana muffins

This recipe for chocolate banana muffins is a great way to use up ripe bananas.  They're quick and easy to mix up and bake.  And they're so good, you can enjoy them for breakfast, a snack or for dessert.  We did all three and this batch of chocolate banana muffins didn't last long at all!

I've probably mentioned before that I try not to make too many deserts from Pinterest.  I'm sure that would cause me to gain 20 pounds and shorten my life by a few years.  These muffins can't be too bad for you since they have bananas in them, right?  I'll certainly be making them again, but next time I'm going to try substituting apple sauce for the oil to try to make them healthier.

  13. These look so good!
I often make smoothies with banana and when I'm feeling like cheating on my healthy breakfast I put Hershey's syrup in mine. This looks like that idea, but in a muffin. I love it.
