Oven Baked Chicken Wings

Oven Baked Chicken Wings
Blow Your Mind Oven Baked Chicken Wings

These oven baked chicken wings are actually called "blow your mind oven baked chicken wings" so I had some really high expectations for this recipe.  It's an easy recipe to make.  Just make the sauce on the stove and then bake the chicken wings in the oven.  I also lined the baking dish with foil for easy cleanup.

Making the sauce for the chicken wings immediately got my family's attention.  The enticing scent of garlic and lime, soy sauce and honey brought them into the kitchen to find out what was cooking.  Things really started smelling good once the chicken wings covered in sauce went into the oven.  The aroma alone was enough to blow your mind!

The sticky, deliciously sweet and tangy sauce is the secret to these chicken wings.  It smells fantastic and tastes even better.  Have some napkins handy though.  These little guys are messy!  No matter how carefully you try to eat these chicken wings, you'll have sweet sticky sauce all over your fingers!

So are these chicken wings really "blow your mind" good?  Mr. Pin Junkie said they were better than "blow your mind" and that words couldn't even come close to describing how good these chicken wings are.  Pin Junkie Jr. liked them too.  I made a dozen and they were gone in minutes.  Seriously.

You can get the recipe here.
