Vegetable Tian

Today's project was pinned to my Recipes board on Pinterest.

  Vegetable Tian from For the Love of Cooking  

Doesn't this look like you would have to labor in the kitchen for hours making something like this?   Trust me, it's really easy to do.  The hardest part of this recipe is cutting the vegetables and that's not even hard, it just takes some time.

This was so delicious!  Lucky me, I got to enjoy most of it since my vegetable shunning family didn't want any!
