Easter Mason Jar with Printable Tags

Here's a fun twist on a classic Easter basket.  Put it in a jar!  This Easter mason jar with printables makes a quick and easy gift.  Just put a little bit of Easter grass in the bottom of the jar, then fill it with some of your favorite Easter candy and a chocolate bunny.

When it comes to chocolate bunnies, what do you eat first; the ears or the tail?
(I eat the ears first!)

Today's project was inspired by
this pin, this pin, and this pin for Easter mason jars.

  2. Very interesting...I've never seen a jar used for Easter 'basket'. You wouldn't have to worry about spilling it. Thank you for sharing with the Clever Chicks Blog Hop! I hope you’ll join us again next week!

    1. The jars just reminded me of Easter baskets because they both contain chocolate bunnies and candy. Maybe not the best containers for little kids as they might break the glass jar, but certainly a nice gift idea.

    1. I know what you mean! I'm trying to east less candy and sugary things too. These jars don't hold very much - certainly less than big Easter basket.

  7. A great idea, and you could put lots of different things inside! And not have those cheap baskets that fall apart and you don't know what to do with them. The printables are great too - thank you! I found you on Titus 2 Tuesday and I will be pinning this for next weekend!

  12. The labels are a nice finishing touch. A dab of royal frosting will hold Bunny upright and in place and washes out easily.

    1. On Pinterest I saw other pins of this idea that used green candy that looked like grass. Green licorice maybe? I couldn't find anything like that so I had to use the traditional stuff that goes in Easter baskets.
