Single Serve Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

First of all, let me just tell you I am sorry.  This will be your new fix and ruin any diet you may be on.  It's that good.

Single Serve Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

I love chocolate chip cookies! They are my absolute favorite! I also love chocolate chip cookie dough (who doesn't) so when I saw this pin, I new I had to try it.

The original post and recipe can be found at Cut out and Keep which is another neat-o site like Pinterest with lots of make and share crafty tutorials and ideas.

Ingredients:
1.5 tablespoons softened butter
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
a dash of vanilla extract
chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Mix butter, flour, sugar, and vanilla with a fork.  Mix well.   Stir in chocolate chips.

A few tips:
The dough will be very crumbly when you first start mixing it.  Keep stirring and it will eventually form a dough.  If the dough is still too dry, you can add just a few drops of milk or water to it.  To prevent pouring too much liquid into the dough, pour the liquid into a small bowl, then use a spoon to get just a few drops into the dough.

This was really good! It makes just the right amount and tastes like the real thing without the worry of raw eggs!

You must make this!  Tell me what you think!

  4. This was so yummy! I've always loved cookie dough better than the cookies, so this is perfect! It was a little bit grainy from the sugar, but still delicious!

  5. I ended up using half brown sugar, half white, and added 1tb oats and tiny tiny sprinkles of nutmeg, cloves and a slightly larger sprinkle of cinnamon along with the chocolate chips and it tasted just like the oatmeal spice cookies I've been putting in the oven for 20 years without all the salmonella! A thousand thanks

  6. This is INCREDIBLE! Except I switched 1 tbs of sugar to 1 tbs of brown sugar...unbelievable.

  7. Unfortunately, leaving the egg out doesn't necessarily keep you safe from salmonella. Raw flour can also contain salmonella.

  8. I added a tsp of creamy peanut butter and WOW -- it added the slight touch of saltiness I was craving and makes it really taste like a melted-down chocolate chip cookie!
